Dr. James Weinberg is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain medicine physician specializing in advanced, minimally invasive treatments for acute and chronic pain.

He completed fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of Michigan and brings a multidisciplinary background that includes training in both anesthesiology and neurosurgery.

His clinical focus includes image-guided spine interventions, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, and other advanced therapies designed to improve function and quality of life.

  Janelle is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with Tampa Bay Pain Associates. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida in 2021 and is dual-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. 

Since 2021, Janelle has been effectively treating a variety pain conditions by developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. However, her healthcare journey began as a certified nursing assistant in high school. In 2016, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of South Florida and specialized as a registered nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Lakeland Regional Health. As a nurse practitioner, her goal is to empower her patients to make educated healthcare choices to alleviate their pain and improve overall well being. 

  James “Tripp” Prevatt is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in interventional pain management, with a clinical background in neurosurgery, neurological care, and the management of complex spine conditions.

Prior to joining Tampa Bay Pain Management, Tripp practiced in neurosurgery, where he gained extensive experience evaluating and treating patients with disorders of the brain, spine, and peripheral nervous system as well as a history in oncologic care with Moffitt Cancer Center. His background in surgical and postoperative care provides him with a strong understanding of spinal anatomy, neurological conditions, and the complex relationship between structural disease and chronic pain.
